There are several potential factors contributing to the lack of visibility of the changes made on your website. To address this issue, we kindly request that you follow the outlined steps for troubleshooting:
Clear Browser Cache
- Open your preferred web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.).
- Look for the browser menu icon, typically represented by three vertical dots or lines, located in the top-right corner of the browser window.
- Click on the menu icon to open a drop-down menu.
- From the drop-down menu, select "Settings" or "Preferences." This will open the browser's settings page.
- On the settings page, scroll down until you find the "Privacy & Security" section. The exact name may vary depending on the browser you are using.
- Within the "Privacy & Security" section, look for an option related to clearing browsing data or cache. It may be labeled as "Clear browsing data," "Clear history," or similar.
- Click on the option to open the browsing data settings.
- In the browsing data settings, you will typically find checkboxes allowing you to select what types of data you want to clear. Ensure that the checkbox for "Cached images and files" or similar is selected.
- Optionally, you can also select other types of data you want to clear, such as browsing history.
DNS Propagation
If you recently made changes to your domain's DNS settings, it might take some time for those changes to propagate across the internet. This process can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours, depending on your DNS provider.
