After confirming your domain with EArk's project delivery team, your domain may take up to 24 hours for the activation process to complete.
If you are still not able to access your domain after 24 hours, please consider the following:
- Clear browser cache
- Clear DNS cache
Domain verification
Sometimes you may receive an email from our domain service provider regarding domain address verification. This is a legitimate message and please click the provided link in the email to complete the verification process.
