- Complete ticket submission form
- Wait for a response from out support team in your email inbox

What if I don't receive support emails from EArk?
Support requests are being reviewed on a daily basis. Typically you would hear back from us within 48 hours after submitting a ticket. If you don't see an email in your email inbox, please check your spam folder.
