Get started with ActiveCollab

ActiveCollab is a project management and collaboration tool designed to help teams manage their projects, tasks, and communications efficiently.

EArk leverages ActiveCollab to support its clients' projects, ensuring efficient and organized workflows throughout every phase.

Set up your ActiveCollab account

If supported, you will receive an ActiveCollab invitation email from EArk. Click the link in the email to join the project.

If you don't already have an ActiveCollab account, you will be prompt to register one.

Login to ActiveCollab

Click here to sign in to Activecollab, or to reset your password.


If you don't remember your account email address, please reach out to customer support.

Your role as a client

Using the client's account, you will be able to:

  • View tasks that EArk's team is working on
  • Create, edit and delete discussions
  • Create, edit and delete notes
  • Add files on a task through comments or in the files section

Your role as a client+

If you are offered with a "client +" account, you will be able to:

  • Create, open, and complete tasks
  • As assigned and/or assign others tasks
  • Create and manage recurring tasks

Participate in discussions

You can participate in the created areas for discussions under the "discussions" tab to discuss about your project. Everyone in this project will be able to see your comments.

Upload files

You can also add "files" related to the project by going to the "files" tab and select documents from your device.

Create a note

You can also create notes under the "notes" tab for everyone's reference.
