How to set up Titan email on other apps using IMAP/POP

You can set up Titan email on your other apps using IMAP and POP methods. Please follow the below instructions to set it up.

We recommend our clients to set up their email using IMAP methods.

Email address: your company email address

Password: your password

Username (if asked): reenter your company email address

Email address: your company email address

Username (if asked): reenter your company email address

When email is configured using POP server, the emails are fetched from the server into the third party client, therefore, emails will only be visible on the third party app and not the Titan webmail or Titan app.
